ITTC SIM Scenario Manager / Tactical Ground IP

Job Overview
The position will fall under the HOT ITTC and will answer directly to the DHoT ITTC. The qualified person will work alongside other tactical instructor pilots to develop and deliver high-quality tactical training both through classroom instruction and SIM instruction to ITTC’s customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage tactical SIM scenarios ranging in complexity from fighter lead-in training to large force employment exercises
- Facilitate ATO development and run mission planning cycles for tactical scenarios
- Provide SIM instruction to new and experienced fighter pilots
- Teach various ground school subjects related to tactical employment and execution up to the Fighter Weapons Instruction level
- Production and delivery of lectures and briefing materials relevant to simulator syllabus learning objectives
- Advice on development and support of simulation hardware and software systems from an operational perspective
Required and Desired Skills
- Operational experience as a pilot in a front- line 4th Gen fighter 4-ship lead
- Well versed in the modern battlespace and scenario planning
- Mission Commanding experience in LFE / COMAO exercises
- Air to Air and Air to Ground weapon experience
- Instructional experience with the capability of developing and debriefing to applicable lessons learned from tactical scenarios
- Technologically inclined and comfortable running advanced simulation systems during complex SIM scenarios
